Increasingly, domestic cabling and electronic suppliers, as well as Asian manufacturers, are forming strategic alliances and joint ventures in this field.
It was recognized that a requirement existed to secure an inexpensive, top-quality supply to hold or position competitively within the marketplace.
It meant having control over Asian sourcing, and a factory in China was the most effective solution.
Market Strategy
We research only the best and fastest cabling and electronics distributors that sell to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) worldwide, as well as wholesalers who service those resellers, in our quest to promote high-quality cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and other computer peripheral products and services. We aim to ensure that our customers have the competitive edge they need and are better equipped to succeed as companies in this new global economy. Just as we do with our current strategic partnerships, we will seek to build a more substantial and scalable business while being selective in the partners privileged to participate on that select list around the globe.
To “grab the world,” we will participate in several major global industry events, such as CES in Las Vegas, the Hong Kong Expo, and the Shanghai and Hangzhou Expos. A web and print promotion through AsiaSource will also tout our skills. We will leverage our existing value-added distribution channel partners to explore new opportunities, rather than expanding our direct sales force and competing directly with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
